I'm shocked this place doesn't have 5 stars!
Came from out of town to visit a friend and she suggested this place. There was a wait, but they offered call ahead, which we did and were seated within 10 minutes. We split a burger and ranch chicken wrap which were both cooked and given to us perfectly with the correct substitutes/thing we didn't want. My glass was never empty, our waitress was wonderful and when the manager noticed my glass was 3/4 empty he quickly came over to ask what I was having but my server was already on her way back with a full drink. The fries are thick and crispy, and the only downfall, but not enough to make me rate it any less is the fact they're extra.

next time I'm back in the area I'll definitely go back.

I'm a big fan of the downtown Peppino's and have been to that location many, many times over the years. I stopped in to this location for lunch with my boyfriend and one of our friends and expected a quick lunch since it wasn't that busy. Unfortunately, it wasn't a quick trip, which was okay since we had some time, but the service was a bit lacking. The host who sat us was friendly and pleasant. Our server was not the most attentive. It looked like she was the only server for the whole place so I can understand some delays. However, it was noon on a weekday, I would think they'd have at least one other server. Who knows, maybe someone called in last minute. Anyway, it took half an hour for our food to come out, which I felt was a bit excessive for three sandwiches. I ordered the Italian sub, which was really good! The bread was soft but held up to all the toppings: salami, pepperoni, lettuce, tomato, Italian dressing, and banana peppers. I upgraded to fries for $1 and they were super hot and fresh, just the right amount of crispy to fluffy potato ratio. Our server only checked on us once the whole time we were there after ordering. Usually not a big deal, but I ordered a pop and wanted to get a water later on. My boyfriend had asked for a water earlier and she seemed annoyed and said, "It'll have to wait a minute." So I didn't bother with the water. Again, not a big deal, just not the most hospitable service I've ever had.

I am rarely on this side of town, but I would probably pick another local place in the area before going to this Peppino's again. The food was good, and what I expect from Peppino's, but the service for me was just "A-OK."

It just reminds me of a classic chain restaurant. Nothing particularly bad about the restaurant, but nothing to write home about.

I think it's a great location to watch a game at as they have to two bars and tons of TV's throughout the restaurant. The menu has a wide variety from more than average bar salads, pizza and wings to mediocre pasta dishes.

The blackened chicken salad is very good with the chicken coming out tender juicy and flavorful.  Good ratio with toppings to lettuce and great dressing paired with the salad. I also enjoy the spinach dip.

If you're feeling the carbs I would lean more towards the pizza than pasta dishes.  The spaghetti and meatballs is only so-so.  Not super flavorful and they don't dry out the noodles before platting so the sauce ends up getting very watery. But I wasn't expecting much, it is just a glorified sports bar.

Service is good with friendly attentive staff members.

Pizza and wings were tasty. Just wish the music wasn't so loud, even in the bathroom!

I have yet to have a more than abysmal experience at this restaurant. We have ordered takeout there a handful of times because we live right around the corner. Every time we walk in there, someone has either lost our order or just straight up ignored us. I will NEVER use them again.
